The method
A motion we run — and you can hire into.
We stand it up and work it: who it is for, how work moves, what happens this week. You see all of it, and so does the person you hire on the day they start.
01
Cadence
We propose who gets worked, how often, and what a finished week looks like — then we hold it. Keeping the rhythm is our job, not a standing item on your calendar, and it stays small enough that a later hire can run it without reinventing it.
02
Reporting
The same shape every cycle: activity, pipeline movement, what is stuck, and what we recommend next — written up by us, read by you. It is how you stay across a motion you are not running: nothing about the work sits somewhere you cannot see it.
03
Handoff pack
When the engagement ends, or a hire starts, they receive the motion as it actually ran: ICP, stages, cadence, open work, and the reasoning behind each call made along the way.
Operating rhythm
How an engagement runs.
Length and scope are set in writing before any work starts. Either way the division is the same: the work sits with us, the decisions sit with you.
Week one
We bring the target and the message. You approve it.
Who we would go after, what we would say, and what a week of work looks like — put in front of you as a proposal, not as homework. Nothing goes out under your name until you have read it.
Every cycle
We work the list. You read one page.
Outreach, follow-up and pipeline hygiene run on the agreed cadence, on our hours. Anything naming a price, a date or a quantity comes back to you before it goes out.
At handoff
We write down the motion as it ran.
ICP, stages, cadence, open work, and the reasoning behind the calls made along the way — in your hands, whether the next step is a hire or a pause.
Hiring is the sequel, not the enemy.
The point of this work is to get selling underway before the hire exists, without it becoming another thing you personally run — and to leave something that hire can walk into.
When you are ready to hire, you hire into what already works: a named ICP, stages that have been run, a cadence that has a report, and a pack that is the motion rather than a wish. That is a better first W-2 than asking someone to invent the process and the pipeline in the same quarter.
If the right next step is a person on your payroll, that is a success. The engagement was the bridge.
Tell us what you sell and who you sell to.
We’ll say plainly whether the shape fits.
