Privacy and site terms.

What we receive

If you use the form on this site, we receive what you type into it: your name, work email, organization, an optional phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us. Submissions are stored with ordinary technical detail — the browser’s user agent and the network address the request came from — so that a real enquiry can be told apart from an automated one. If you email us instead, we have your email.

What we use it for

Replying to your enquiry about sales capacity or representation, and continuing that conversation. We reply at the email address you give us. There is no newsletter and no drip sequence to be added to.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your details for marketing lists. We do not pass your enquiry to a third party without telling you first — on a represented line, taking an opportunity forward means telling the principal about it, and that is a conversation we have with you before it happens.

Where it lives

Running a website and answering email takes ordinary infrastructure: hosting, a database, and an email service. Your enquiry sits there and nowhere else, and it is not used for any purpose beyond the conversation you started. Ask us what is on file and we will tell you; ask us to delete it and we will.

Site terms

Everything on this site is informational. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to any price, date, quantity or term — commercial terms exist only in a written agreement signed by both sides. On a represented line the principal sets price and terms and fulfills, warrants and ships the order.

Nothing here certifies that anyone is compliant with a published requirement, and nothing here says TwoEight holds laboratory accreditation: TwoEight is a commercial representative, does not manufacture, and does not operate a calibration laboratory.
